New Zealand
Vanacci ships worldwide, including New Zealand, with tracked or signed international postage from £10 and an estimated three to seven working days. Faster courier delivery starts from £15 with an estimate of one to four working days. Customers should confirm the live service offered to their address, GBP total, tracking, import GST or duty and whether an order over £270 must use a courier.
Vanacci accepts eligible unused goods in original packaging within 30 days with proof of purchase. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty, and change-of-mind return postage is paid by the buyer. New Zealand customers should contact the retailer before sending goods, use tracked postage and confirm the deadline, refund currency, original shipping treatment and customs documentation.
Although Vanacci processes orders in GBP, its FAQ lets international shoppers display live prices in several currencies through the region selector. It also confirms worldwide delivery. New Zealand customers can use the display as a guide, but should check whether NZD is available, the GBP amount charged, card conversion, courier fee, tax, duty and refund exposure before ordering.
